How We Use Remotion to Render Product Videos

Okay, Remotion. Let's talk about it.

We looked at everything for Remawt. Seriously. Adobe After Effects scripting? Been there, tried that. (Headache doesn't even begin to cover it.) Straight-up ffmpeg? My god no.

So why Remotion?

Two reasons, really. First, React. We're a Next.js shop. Frontend is in our blood. The idea of building video with components felt...right. Like finally doing video the sane way.

But second – and this is the sneaky one – it unlocked creativity. Sounds corny, I know. But not wrestling with the tool actually lets you think about what you're making. And THAT is worth its weight in gold. Plus, beat-synced animations are just way too fun. Admit it.
