Confession: I used to HATE screen recordings. Like, genuinely loathed them.
Why? Because they're almost universally boring. Bland. No personality. Pure information dump. Zzzzzz.
But here's the thing: product demos NEED screen recordings. Showing the actual product is kinda important.
So, we asked ourselves, "Can we un-suck screen recordings? Can we make them... cinematic?"
Turns out, yes.
The magic is in AI post-processing. Our AI agent (creativeDirector) detects zoom events and cursor movements in the screen recording and then applies motion graphics and transitions that are beat-synced to the music. So you get these subtle zoom-ins and cursor highlights that don't feel random.
It's like a director is in the room, making smart choices. Except it's a machine.
It's probably my favorite part of Remawt—taking something inherently dull and injecting it with visual energy.
We're working on new FX now — aurora gradients and glitch effects are next. Should be fun.
